RED TEAM
Description:
Red Team practices are for wrestlers Grades 6th- 12th depending on the time of year.
In the Golden Eagle Wrestling Club we expect every athlete to practice with a purpose. Throughout the season we’re constantly focusing on the details. The details make the difference between scoring points and getting scored on in a live match. Throughout each season we hone our skills, work on new techniques, improve our mental toughness, build strength, and increase conditioning. The techniques and skills we teach at this level are the same techniques and skills used in high school, college, and international competitions.
Requirements:

At least 2 years of experience

Grades 6-12 in the Fall

Grades 6-8 in the Winter

A Limited Folkstyle USA Wrestling Membership is required
