Freestyle

Description:

These practices are designed to prepare experienced wrestlers for upcoming Freestyle and Greco competitions. During the Spring we transition to the international style of wrestling in preparation for Cadet and Junior Nationals. We work with Middle School and High School wrestlers in the Denver Metro Area training to make Colorado National Teams. We compete in local and regional qualifying tournaments including the CO USA Wrestling State Meet. It’s the perfect training opportunity for wrestlers in pursuit of Junior National, World, and Olympic medals. Our coaches and guest clinicians include NCAA Division I All-Americans and National Champions, Junior and Senior World Team Members, Fargo Finalists, National Champions, and All-Americans, along with Resident Athletes of the Olympic Training Center.

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of experience

• Grades 5-12

• A Full USA Wrestling Membership is required
