BLUE TEAM

Description:
The Blue Team is designed to prepare intermediate wrestlers in Grades 3rd-5th for Folkstyle competitions throughout the Winter Season including the Colorado Youth State Wrestling Tournament in February. We focus on mastering fundamental skills and basic techniques while developing muscle memory. Our training is designed to prepare this group for Local, State, and National competitions while mastering techniques that will be used throughout their wrestling career. 

Requirements:

• 2 years of experience recommended

• Grades 3rd- 5th

• A Full USA Wrestling Membership

Practices:

• Fall: Tuesday & Thursday 4:30-5:30pm

• Winter: Monday, Wednesday, Friday 5:30-6:30pm

• Spring: Tuesday & Thursday 6:00-7:00pm
