Intro to Wrestling

Description:

Our intro to wrestling course is the perfect opportunity to introduce young kids Grades PreK-3 to the sport of wrestling before committing to an entire season. Wrestlers will learn fundamental wrestling skills, body awareness, gain basic wrestling knowledge, and have fun.

Requirements:

• Recommended for younger kids new to the sport, Grades PreK-3

• A limited Folkstyle USA Wrestling Membership is required
